Stellar Crown card list highlights
Terapagos ex and the Stellar Tera type
Terapagos is the Legendary Pokémon from The Indigo Disk DLC, and Stellar is its special Tera type. The set has three Terapagos ex cards: a double rare (128/142), a special illustration rare (170/142) and a gold hyper rare (173/142). There are also three extra Terapagos ex promos (SVP 163 to 165) in the Terapagos ex Ultra-Premium Collection.
Special illustration rares
The six special illustration rares are Hydrapple ex (167), Galvantula ex (168), Dachsbun ex (169), Terapagos ex (170), Briar (171) and Lacey (172).
Gold hyper rares
The three gold cards are Terapagos ex (173), Area Zero Underdepths (174) and Bravery Charm (175).

- Bulbasaur 143/142 illustration rare
- Dachsbun ex 169/142 special illustration rare
- Terapagos ex 170/142 special illustration rare

Why Squirtle and Bulbasaur lead the set
This is what makes the Stellar Crown chase cards so interesting. The two top cards are not ex cards or special illustration rares: they are the Squirtle and Bulbasaur illustration rares. Kanto starters always have huge demand, and these two artworks are some of the most loved illustration rares of the era. They beat every special illustration rare in the set, which almost never happens.
The lesson for collectors is simple: do not overlook the illustration rares. In a set like this, a card that looks like a normal pull can be the most valuable card in the box.
A smaller set to complete
With 175 cards, Stellar Crown is smaller than many main sets, which often have well over 200 cards. A smaller card list makes the set more manageable to complete, and it means the special illustration rares are spread across fewer cards. That makes it a good choice if you want to finish a modern master set.

Stellar Crown for players
The set has plenty for deck builders too. Its three ACE SPEC cards, the Area Zero Underdepths Stadium and Bravery Charm all give players new tools, and Terapagos ex has been the centre of its own competitive decks. The new Basic Energy design also started here, so every player opening packs from this point on will see it.
If you play, the Build & Battle Box is a good way in. It gives you a ready deck to learn with and 4 packs to add new cards from the set.
Is the set worth opening?
For most collectors, yes. The value is spread across many cards instead of resting on one huge hit, so a box often has several good pulls: starter illustration rares, special illustration rares of Pokémon and Supporters, and gold cards. The smaller card list also makes the set easier to finish than most.
The one thing to know is that the top two cards are illustration rares, which are easier to find than special illustration rares in most sets. That is good news if you want to complete the set, as the most valuable cards are not the hardest ones to pull.
Stellar Crown vs Stellar Miracle
The Japanese version of the set is Stellar Miracle, which was released in Japan on July 19, 2024, with 135 cards. The English release adds extra cards, which is why it reaches 175. Serebii’s English set list lines up the two. If you prefer Japanese packs, the Japanese Stellar Miracle booster box has the same Terapagos ex in Japanese.
