The OP15 release date in English was April 3, 2026, as Booster Pack Adventure on Kami’s Island (OP15-EB04). In Japan, OP-15 came out on February 28, 2026, so the English version followed about five weeks later. Bandai’s official English product page has the details.

OP15 card list

The English set has 159+1 card types. It includes Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Specials, a Treasure Rare and DON!!. The Japanese OP-15 on its own has 125+1 types: 6 Specials, 6 Leaders, 2 Secret Rares, 10 Super Rares, 26 Rares, 30 Uncommons, 45 Commons and a DON!! card. Counting every variant and the EB-04 cards, the Limitless TCG database lists 196 cards.

The EB-04 cards inside

Like OP-14, the English product combines two Japanese releases. The extra cards are the second half of the Japanese Extra Booster EB-04 Egghead Crisis: EB04-001 to EB04-010 and EB04-042 to EB04-061, which is 30 cards plus 11 alternate art versions, according to the Limitless TCG card list. The first half is in OP-14 The Azure Sea’s Seven, so you need both English sets to complete EB-04.

In Japan, EB-04 Egghead Crisis was a separate product, released on January 31, 2026, with 67+1 card types.

Leaders

The new Leaders mix Skypiea with East Blue and other favourites:

  • Krieg (001)
  • Lucy (002)
  • Brook (022)
  • Rebecca (039)
  • Enel (058)
  • Monkey.D.Luffy (098)

Enel and Wyper bring the Skypiea story to the set, while Krieg and his crew are a nod to the East Blue saga.

The Skypiea arc in cards

In the story, the Straw Hats sail up to Skypiea, an island in the sky ruled by Enel, who calls himself a god. His lightning powers make him one of the toughest early villains, until he meets Luffy, whose rubber body is immune to electricity. Wyper and the Shandia warriors fight to win back their homeland, and the arc ends with the golden bell ringing across the sky.

The set brings that story to the table. Enel’s Leader and Secret Rare, the Lightning Dragon Event and the Gum-Gum Golden Rifle all come straight from the arc, so fans of Skypiea will find plenty to love.

OP15 chase cards

Enel Super Alt-Art

The top chase card is Enel (118). It is a Secret Rare, and its Super Alt-Art (Manga Rare) version ranks first on major value lists. Enel is one of the most memorable villains of the early story, and his manga card is the clear headline of the set.

Koby Super Alt-Art

Second is the Koby Super Alt-Art from the EB-04 cards (EB04-044). In Japan, this was the super parallel of the Egghead Crisis booster, so English players can only pull it from this set.

Secret Rares and Treasure Rare

Monkey.D.Luffy (119) is the set’s other OP-15 Secret Rare. Collector sites also list a Luffy Secret Rare from the EB-04 cards (EB04-061) and a Roronoa Zoro Treasure Rare (OP13-037).

SP cards

SP inserts of older cards are a big part of the value. Value lists for the set include SPs of Zeus (OP11-106), Luffy (ST26-005), Boa Hancock (OP12-014), Edward.Newgate (OP13-042), Trafalgar Law (OP13-031), Sabo (PRB02-014 and P-105) and Enel (EB02-052).

Event alternate arts

The Event cards Lightning Dragon (077) and Gum-Gum Golden Rifle (116) both have alternate art versions, and both fit the Skypiea theme.

Other EB-04 highlights

The EB-04 cards in this set also include Jewelry Bonney (EB04-001 and EB04-002), Sanji (EB04-052) and Borsalino (EB04-058), which comes as a Super Rare and an alternate art.

Is the manga Borsalino in OP-15?

No. The Super Alt-Art manga Borsalino is in OP-16 The Time of Battle (OP16-073). OP-15 in English has a different Borsalino card from EB-04, with Super Rare and alternate art versions. It is a nice card, but it is not one of the set’s top chases.

English vs Japanese OP-15

  • English OP15-EB04: 159+1 card types, including half of EB-04.
  • Japanese OP-15: 125+1 card types, ¥220 per 6-card pack.
  • Japanese EB-04: sold separately, with all 67+1 Egghead Crisis cards.
  • English packs usually have 12 cards; Japanese packs have 6.

Why the set stands out

Skypiea is one of the most loved arcs in ONE PIECE, and this set finally gave it the spotlight in the card game. Enel’s manga card, the Lightning Dragon alternate art and the Skypiea characters make it a set with a strong theme, while the East Blue Leaders like Krieg add some nostalgia for long-time fans.

The EB-04 cards add even more. Koby’s Super Alt-Art and the Egghead characters give the set a second chase, which means there is more to find in every box.

Who should buy OP-15?

If you love Skypiea or Enel, this is the set for you. It is also a must for anyone completing Egghead Crisis in English, because half of the EB-04 cards, including the Koby Super Alt-Art, are only in this product. Players get six new Leaders, including Enel and Luffy, plus fun picks like Krieg and Rebecca. And if you collect SP cards, the long list of SP inserts gives you lots to chase.

Tips for collecting the set

  • Decide early whether you want the English set (with half of EB-04) or the Japanese sets.
  • Keep the Enel and Koby Super Alt-Arts in toploaders straight away.
  • Check every pack for SP inserts of older cards, as they rank highly.
  • If you are finishing EB-04, keep the cards from OP-14 and OP-15 together.
  • Bandai issued errata for OP15-023, so check the latest text before playing it.
