OP14 release date
The OP14 release date in English was January 16, 2026, as Booster Pack The Azure Sea’s Seven. In Japan, OP-14 came out on November 22, 2025, so the English set followed about eight weeks later. Bandai’s official English product page lists the full details.

What does OP14-EB04 mean?
If your box says OP14-EB04, that is because the English product combines two Japanese releases. It has the Japanese OP-14 set plus about half of the Japanese Extra Booster EB-04 Egghead Crisis. According to the Limitless TCG card database, the English set includes EB04-011 to EB04-041, which is 31 cards plus 9 alternate art versions.
The rest of EB-04 is in the next English set, OP-15 Adventure on Kami’s Island (OP15-EB04). There is no standalone English EB-04 product, so to complete Egghead Crisis in English you need both sets.

OP14 card list
The English set has 163+2 card types, with Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Specials, a Treasure Rare, 3rd Anniversary Specials and DON!! cards. The Japanese OP-14 on its own has 128+1 types: 6 Specials, 7 Leaders, 2 Secret Rares, 10 Super Rares, 26 Rares, 30 Uncommons, 45 Commons, 2 3rd Anniversary Specials and a DON!! card.
The Seven Warlords Leaders
The set’s theme is the Seven Warlords of the Sea and their crews, and some returning characters appear in new colors. The new Leaders are:
- Trafalgar Law (001)
- Dracule Mihawk (020)
- Jinbe (040)
- Boa Hancock (041)
- Donquixote Doflamingo (060)
- Crocodile (079)
- Gecko Moria (080)
Seven new Warlord Leaders in one set gives players lots of new decks to try.
OP14 chase cards
Dracule Mihawk
The top chase card native to the set is Dracule Mihawk (119). It is a Secret Rare, and its Super Alt-Art (Manga Rare) version is the one collectors want most. Crocodile (120) is the set’s other Secret Rare.
Boa Hancock OP14 cards
Boa Hancock OP14 collectors have several cards to chase:
- The Boa Hancock Leader (041), plus its alternate art.
- The Super Rare Boa Hancock (112), plus SP and special alternate art versions that rank in the set’s top five.
- The Event “You’ll Frighten Me…♡” (118) alternate art.
- A Rare Boa Hancock from the EB-04 cards (EB04-027).
Hancock is one of the most popular characters in the game, so her special versions are some of the most wanted cards in the set.
SP cards
Some of the most valuable cards are SP inserts of older cards. The Gold and Silver SP versions of Buggy (OP09-051) rank at or near the top of value lists. Other SPs that make top-ten lists include Roronoa Zoro (PRB02-006), Dracule Mihawk (OP12-030), Perona (OP06-093) and Sugar (OP10-065).
Event alternate arts
The Event cards Ground Death (096) and “You’ll Frighten Me…♡” (118) both have alternate art versions.

Why the Seven Warlords theme works
The Seven Warlords of the Sea are some of the most memorable characters in ONE PIECE. They are powerful pirates who worked with the World Government, and each one has a very different personality and fighting style. That makes them perfect for a card set: every Warlord brings a new Leader and a new way to play.
For collectors, the theme means a set full of fan favourites. Mihawk, Hancock, Doflamingo, Crocodile and Law all have huge fanbases, and many collectors chase every version of their favourite Warlord. The returning cards printed in new colors are a nice touch too, giving long-time players a fresh look at familiar characters.
English vs Japanese OP-14
- Japanese OP-14 has 128+1 card types and sells for ¥220 per 6-card pack.
- English OP14-EB04 has 163+2 card types, because it adds half of Egghead Crisis.
- In Japan, EB-04 Egghead Crisis was a separate Extra Booster released on January 31, 2026, with 67+1 card types.
- English packs usually have 12 cards; Japanese packs have 6.
So the English set is bigger and includes extra cards, while Japanese collectors get OP-14 and EB-04 as two separate products.
Completing Egghead Crisis in English
Because EB-04 is split across two English products, completing it takes some planning. The English OP-14 product has EB04-011 to EB04-041. The rest, EB04-001 to EB04-010 and EB04-042 to EB04-061, is in OP15-EB04. That second half includes some of the biggest EB-04 cards, such as the Koby Super Alt-Art and the EB-04 Jewelry Bonney cards, so you will want both sets for a full Egghead page.
Playing the new Leaders
With seven new Leaders, the set gave players a lot to explore. Each Warlord Leader brings its own play style, and the returning characters printed in new colors open up new deck ideas. If you play, pick the Warlord you like most and build from there; the alternate art Leaders are a nice upgrade once your deck is ready.
The OP14 booster box
English One Piece booster boxes usually hold 24 packs of 12 cards. The One Piece OP14 booster box is the way to chase Mihawk, Hancock and the SP cards, plus the first half of Egghead Crisis.
If you prefer Japanese cards, the Japanese OP-14 booster box has the OP-14 cards on their own, and the Japanese EB-04 booster box has all of Egghead Crisis in one product.

Tips for collecting the set
- Decide whether you want the English set (with half of EB-04) or the Japanese sets.
- Build a Seven Warlords page with all seven Leaders and their alternate arts.
- Check every SP: Buggy, Zoro and Mihawk SPs are among the most valuable cards.
- Keep Hancock’s Leader, Super Rare, SP and Event cards together; they make a great themed page.
- Store the EB-04 cards from this set with the ones from OP-15 if you plan to finish Egghead Crisis.
- Bandai issued errata for OP14-009, so check the latest text before playing it.
