Ascended Heroes Pokémon Center ETB vs the regular ETB
Both boxes released on February 20, 2026, in the US and Canada. They share the same accessories, but the Pokémon Center version adds more packs and a second promo.

What the Pokémon Center edition adds
The Ascended Heroes Pokémon Center ETB has 11 packs instead of 9 and two N’s Zekrom promos, one of them stamped with the Pokémon Center logo. It is sold only by Pokémon Center. Since October 5, 2026, Pokémon Center has made it invite-only: selected newsletter subscribers in the US, Canada and the UK receive single-use links, with a limit of two per order.
Which one should you buy?
If you want the stamped promo and the two extra packs, the Pokémon Center edition is the one to chase, but it is hard to get. For everyone else, the regular box gives you the same accessories and the same N’s Zekrom promo, and it is much easier to find. We stock the Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box.
The Ascended Heroes ETB promo: N’s Zekrom
The Ascended Heroes ETB promo is a full-art foil N’s Zekrom drawn in an illustration-rare style. It is not part of the set itself, so you will not pull it from booster packs. The standard box has one copy, and the Pokémon Center box has two, including the stamped version that many promo collectors want.
Ascended Heroes booster bundle
The Ascended Heroes booster bundle released on April 24, 2026, and contains 6 booster packs with no extras. It is the simplest way to open the set and usually the best price per pack among the smaller products. If the bundle is out of stock, the mini tins and the Elite Trainer Box are good ways to open a few packs.
Where to find an Ascended Heroes booster pack
Ascended Heroes is a special set, so there is no traditional booster box. Every Ascended Heroes booster pack comes inside another product. Here is how many packs each product holds, according to the official product announcement:

The mini tins
The Ascended Heroes mini tins released on February 20, 2026. Each has 2 packs, an art card and a sticker that matches the tin. They are small enough to collect several designs and make easy gifts.
Mega ex Box or tin?
The three Mega ex Boxes released on April 24, 2026, with the same three Pokémon as the tins. Each box has 4 packs, a promo and an oversize lenticular card, so if you like oversize cards, choose a box such as the Mega Meganium ex Box or the Mega ex Box Bundle. If you prefer a reusable tin, choose the tin.

Tips for buying sealed product
- Check the shrink wrap: factory wrap should be tight and neatly sealed. Loose or re-taped wrap is a warning sign.
- Compare by packs, not price: a bigger box is not always better value, so work out the cost per pack before you buy.
- Buy from trusted sellers: popular special sets attract resealed products, so stick to stores that sell factory-sealed items.
- Store it well: keep boxes upright in a cool, dry room and out of direct sunlight.
